Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout based on your selected items and destination. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase, as delivery timeframes may vary.

Lead Times
Lead times differ depending on the product. Some items are manufactured to order, which may extend processing times prior to dispatch. Where applicable, these variations will be reflected at checkout.

Shipping Locations
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse network, with most products shipped from locations in the United Kingdom or Asia. The dispatch origin may vary depending on stock availability and product type.

Duties & Taxes (DDP / DDU)
Shipping terms are determined by the destination country:

• Some orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.

• Other orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

The applicable shipping method will be determined at checkout based on your delivery address.
