1. Introduction
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully. Our returns policy complies with UK and EU consumer protection laws and outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.
We do not accept returns beyond the legally required periods under UK and EU law.
2. UK Customers
2.1 Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you have purchased a product online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any VAT, customs duties, or associated return costs must be covered by the customer.
Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process a refund for the cost of the product within 14 days. If the returned item is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund reflecting the loss in value.
2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must provide clear evidence of the fault and demonstrate that it was not caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or general wear and tear.
Proof of fault may include:
Photographs and/or videos clearly showing the issue.
A written description of the fault, including when it occurred.
A professional assessment (if required) confirming the fault was present at delivery.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your rights are as follows:
If the fault is reported within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, provided sufficient proof of fault is given.
If reported after 30 days but within 6 months, we will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund.
If a fault arises after 6 months, you may be required to provide further evidence that the fault was present at the time of delivery.
If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the fault cannot be verified or is found to be caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for any return costs.
3. EU Customers
3.1 Right to Withdraw (Change of Mind)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any VAT, customs duties, or associated return costs must be covered by the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the cost of the product within 14 days. If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund reflecting the loss in value.
3.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under EU consumer laws, customers are entitled to:
A minimum two-year legal guarantee on products, ensuring they are free from defects.
If a defect occurs within the first 12 months, it is assumed to have been present at delivery unless we can prove otherwise.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund, provided that clear proof of the fault is given.
Customers must provide:
Photographic or video evidence of the issue.
A detailed description of the fault and when it was first noticed.
Proof that the fault is not due to improper use, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the fault cannot be verified or is determined to be caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for all return costs.
